The now legendary City Centre Walk takes you around Derby City Centre.
Starting at our meeting point, Guild Hall Clock, Market Place, Derby.
We head off to the site of Derby’s first Gaol for stories of witchcraft, execution and treason, then to the Fishmarket to hear the story of the murder of PC Moss the only policeman murdered in Derbyshire, plus Ghost stories of Little Sammy, Viking Skulls, Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Last Pressing to Death in England.
Walks last approximately 2 hours, starting at 7pm and finishing around 9pm.

Ghost Walk and Condemned Man’s Supper
Friar Gate and Derby Gaol
This walk starts and finishes at The Derby Gaol, On your way round you will hear stories of murders, executions, crime, punishment and ghostly occurrences.
We start with a brief tour of the Gaol, and continue the walk up to Derby’s 3rd and last County Prison on Vernon Gate visiting the execution room and the very haunted tower. We then walk down Agard Street to hear the story of the murder of Eliza Morrow and the last public execution in Derbyshire before returning to our Gaol for a Condemned Man’s Supper.
Then unlike so many that have been in the Gaol before, you will be permitted to go home!
Walks last approximately 3 hours, starting at 7pm and finishing around 10pm.

Haunted Pub Crawl – Derby
Get ready for a spine-tingling journey through Derby’s most haunted pubs with the legendary Richard Felix! Our Haunted Pub Crawl starts at the historic Seven Stars, where tales of the past come to life.
As night falls, we’ll weave through the shadowy streets, visiting pubs each with its own ghostly story. Feel the chill of history as Richard brings to life tales of spirits and specters that have lingered for centuries.
The climax of our spooky sojourn? The infamous Derby Gaol – a place shrouded in mystery and dark tales. Hear stories of its eerie past, enough to send shivers down your spine.
And what better way to end this ghostly gallivant than with a candlelit supper and a visit to the haunted cellars of Ye olde Dolphyn, scene of human dissections and anatomisation. A night of frights, delights, and maybe a spirit (of the liquid kind too)!

Richard Felix takes you on a
River Ghost Walk – Derby
How many haunted sites are damp or wet? Marshlands, lakes, streams, and rivers.
Come and hear stories of the haunted history of Derby’s main artery, the River Derwent. (ghosts and history can’t be separated)
Come and join Richard Felix, for his new River Ghost Walk. There are thirteen known river ghosts between St. Mary’s Bridge and Exeter Bridge. Hear tales of executed Catholic priests, ghostly Viking long ships, suicides, fatal accidents and counterfeiting and body snatchers, all held in the damp atmosphere of the River Derwent .
Completet the walk with a visit to the Dolphin’s very haunted cellars, scene of dissection and anatomisation. Followed by a candle lit supper.
The River Ghost Walk starts at the Seven Stars Inn, 97 King St, Derby DE1 3EE. Car Parking to the rear of the pub – 7pm Start.

Hear the incredible stories of those who have stayed behind in Britain’s best-preserved Cotton Mill and the numerous religious ghosts that still haunt the site of one of the largest monastery’s in the British Isles.
The Walk starts from outside

Please be there at least 15 minutes before the walk starts.

If you ever wondered what it would be like to take part in a paranormal investigation in the reputedly haunted Derby Gaol, you need wonder no more! Bar facilities are available! Included in the price a pie and mushy peas.
It may also be advisable to bring along some extra provisions… such as spare loo roll… if some of the eerie reports are anything to go by!
Not one but two Jails are are included The 1756 Jail in Friargate and Venon Street Prison.
Activities can include: Table Tilting, Glass Divination, Human Pendulum etc.
Included in the price a pie and mushy peas.
